Todd Buchholz is an American economist, author, inventor, and business consultant with a distinguished career spanning government, finance, academia, and publishing. He served as Director of Economic Policy at The White House from 1989 to 1993 under George H. W.
Bush. Following his government service, he was a Managing Director at the $15 billion Tiger hedge fund from 1994 to 2012.
