Biography

Tobin South leads AI Agents at WorkOS, where he focuses on building enterprise-ready Multi-Party Computation (MCP) and agent tools. Concurrently, he serves as a research fellow at Stanford University, spearheading research for the Loyal Agents initiative within the Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) institute.

He completed his PhD at MIT in 2025, with his doctoral research focusing on "Private, Verifiable, and Auditable AI Systems.
