Biography

Tomas Lamanauskas is the Deputy Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a position he was elected to for the term 2023–2026 at the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2022 (PP-22).

With over two decades of international senior and executive leadership experience, Lamanauskas has focused on the intersection of infrastructure, digital technologies, and government regulation and policy.
