Tina Amper is a community and ecosystem builder, strategy consultant, and social entrepreneur. She is the Founding Organizer of Geeks On A Beach, a unique tech startup conference, and serves as a Strategic Director for the event. She also acts as a Community Advisor for the Beeck Center For Social Impact + Innovation.

In 2021, Amper founded the Community Management Institute to provide effective community strategies for businesses, brand expansion, and advocacy.
