Timothy Taeil Hwang is an American businessman, born February 20, 1992, in East Lansing, Michigan. He co-founded FiscalNote, a global software, data, and media company, in early 2013 with Gerald Yao and Jonathan Chen while finishing his degree at Princeton University. Hwang deferred his attendance at Harvard Business School to start the company. Earlier, at age 14, he founded Operation Fly and was active in helping to found the National Youth Association.
