Biography

Timothy Garton Ash is a British historian, author, and commentator. He serves as Professor of European Studies emeritus at the University of Oxford and is a Senior Fellow of Stanford University's Hoover Institution. His work primarily focuses on the contemporary history of Europe, with a particular emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe.
