Timothy Dean Haugh is a retired United States Air Force general. He served as the commander of the United States Cyber Command, director of the National Security Agency, and chief of the Central Security Service from 2024 to 2025. Prior to these roles, Haugh was the deputy commander of the United States Cyber Command. He was born in 1969 in Hughesville, Pennsylvania, and was commissioned through AFROTC at Lehigh University.
