Biography

Tim Ballard is the founder of Operation Underground Railroad, a non-profit organization established in 2013 dedicated to combating child trafficking. Prior to founding the organization, Ballard spent over a decade as a Special Agent and undercover operative for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (2002-2013), where he worked to infiltrate and dismantle child trafficking rings both domestically and internationally.
