Tim Soutphommasane is a political theorist, human rights advocate, and higher education leader. He is the Chief Diversity Officer at the University of Oxford, where he also holds a professorial post as Professor of Practice in Human Rights and Political Theory in the Department of Politics and International Relations and is a Senior Research Fellow at Balliol College.
