Biography

Tim Heaphy is the Co-Chair of the Compliance, Investigations & Enforcement Practice at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, a position he has held since 2023.

Prior to this, he served as Chief Investigative Counsel at the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol from August 2021 to February 2023. He was also University Counsel at the University of Virginia from September 2018 to January 2022.
