Thomas Dekeyser is a Lecturer in Human Geography at the University of Southampton and a cultural and digital geographer. His research and films explore the evolving dynamics of power and resistance within technological environments, driven by questions about new forms of power and governance emerging with technology, and the citizen-led, activist, artistic, and everyday forms of refusal that arise in response.
