Thomas Harold Massie is an American politician and engineer who has served as the United States Representative for Kentucky's 4th congressional district since 2012. A member of the Republican Party, Massie is described as a libertarian Republican and was backed by the Tea Party movement during his 2012 congressional campaign. His district encompasses the Kentucky side of the Cincinnati area and Louisville's eastern suburbs.
