Thomas Guillot serves as the Chief Executive of GCCA, the Global Cement And Concrete Association. He brings over 20 years of experience in sustainability, focusing on circularity and industrial ecology, gained through both operational and functional roles.

Prior to his leadership role at GCCA, Guillot was instrumental in developing Holcim's decarbonisation programme. He also led its circular business, Geocycle, across the EMEA region.
