Dame Theresa Anne Villiers is a British politician with a distinguished career in both national and European governance. Born in Hunstanton, Norfolk, in 1968, she received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with first-class honours from the University of Bristol in 1990, followed by a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from Jesus College, Oxford, in 1991. After qualifying for the bar at the Inner Temple, Villiers worked as a lecturer at King's College London from 1994 until 1999.
