Biography

Jesse Zhang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Decagon, a company focused on developing AI agents for customer service. He assumed this role in 2023.

Prior to Decagon, Zhang founded and served as CEO of Lowkey from 2018 to 2022, a company that was subsequently acquired by Niantic. He also gained experience through internships at Citadel, Google, and Hudson River Trading in 2016 and 2017.
