Alena Analeigh McQuarter founded The Brown Stem Girl at age 12, driven by her passion for robotics, STEM, and LEGOS.
The Brown Stem Girl aims to create opportunities for brown girls under the age of 18 in STEM through mentorship, partnership, engagement, and connection.
Additionally, she founded the Brown Stem Girl Foundation to provide financial resources for girls of color in STEM. Her work reflects a broader passion for STEM, healthcare, and women and girls' rights.
