James Stephen Heappey, born on January 30, 1981, in Nailsea, Somerset, is a British politician and former soldier. He received his private education at Queen Elizabeth's Hospital in Bristol and later graduated with a degree in political science from the University of Birmingham.
Following his university studies, Heappey attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
