Biography

Thasunda Brown Duckett is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TIAA, a leading provider of secure retirements and outcome-focused investment solutions for millions of people working in higher education, healthcare, and other mission-driven organizations. She assumed this role in May 2021, becoming one of the few Black women in history to lead a Fortune 500 company.

Prior to TIAA, Duckett served as Chief Executive Officer of Chase Consumer Banking, a division of JPMorgan Chase.
