Teresa Ribera Rodríguez is a Spanish jurist, civil servant, academic, and politician. Since 2024, she has served as the First Executive Vice-President of the European Commission for a Clean, Just, and Competitive Transition, where she also holds the role of Commissioner for Competition. Prior to this, Ribera was a prominent figure in the Spanish government, serving as Minister for the Ecological Transition of Spain from 2018.
