Teresa M. Amabile is an American academic and Professor Emerita at Harvard Business School, where she held the position of Edsel Bryant Ford Professor of Business Administration in the Entrepreneurial Management Unit. Her academic journey began with an education in chemistry before she earned her doctorate in psychology from Stanford University in 1977.
