Ted Loch-Temzelides is the George and Cynthia Mitchell Professor in Sustainable Development at Rice University. He also serves as the Director of Graduate Studies for the Department of Economics at Rice University and is a Rice Scholar at the Baker Institute for Public Policy.
His work involves interdisciplinary research that utilizes modeling to inform science-based policy decisions. At the Baker Institute for Public Policy, he leads the Energy Innovation and Policy initiative.
