Mark Douglas (September 19, 1829 – September 12, 1900) was a Scottish-American farmer, businessman, and politician. Born in Dumfries, Scotland, he emigrated to the United States in 1845 and settled in Melrose, Wisconsin Territory.
Douglas was involved in the logging and lumber business and held several public offices. He served as postmaster of Melrose, Wisconsin, and as chairman of the town board.
