Biography

Tayari Jones is an American author and academic, widely recognized for her New York Times best-selling novel, An American Marriage. Published in 2018, the novel was selected for Oprah’s Book Club, appeared on Barack Obama’s reading lists, and earned the Women’s Prize for Fiction, Aspen Words Prize, and an NAACP Image Award. Her upcoming novel, KIN, is slated for publication in 2026.
