Tarun Galagali serves as the Head of AI Product at Lattice, where he is responsible for developing AI-native solutions designed to transform workplace dynamics. His current work focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance how people collaborate and perform.

Prior to his role at Lattice, Galagali founded Mandala, an AI-native coaching platform that delivered neuroscience-backed coaching directly within Slack.
