Tania Simoncelli is the Vice President, Translational Impact & Engagement at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. She also serves as Senior Advisor to the Director of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Her career includes significant roles in government, having worked for two years as Assistant Director for Forensic Science and Biomedical Innovation within the Office of Science and Technology Policy, and from 2010 to 2013, in the Food and Drug Administration's Office of the Commissioner.
