Tania Archibald serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of BlueScope Steel, a position she was appointed to in February 2026. Prior to this, she was the Chief Executive Australian Steel Products from 2023 to 2026, where she was responsible for leading all major operations in Australia, including key sites at Port Kembla and Western Port.
