Tabea Bucher-Koenen serves as a Professor of Finance at the University of Mannheim. Her academic and research focus extends to her role as the Head of the research unit 'Pensions and Sustainable Financial Markets' at ZEW – Leibniz Centre For European Economic Research.

Additionally, Bucher-Koenen is the Director of the Mannheim Institute for Financial Education (MIFE).
