Biography

Syaru Shirley Lin is the Chair and Founder of the Center for Asia-Pacific Resilience and Innovation (Capri). Her work focuses on the Asia-Pacific region, exploring themes of resilience and innovation.

In addition to her role at Capri, Lin is a Nonresident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution and a Research Professor at the Miller Center Of Public Affairs.
