Sven Jari Stehn serves as the Chief European Economist at Goldman Sachs, where he is responsible for the firm's economic research product and forecasts across the European region. Prior to assuming his current role, he led the firm's research on the global economy. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 and was named managing director in 2013, having previously worked in the US Economics Group in New York for six years.
