Suzy Levy MBE is the Managing Director of THE RED PLATE LTD, a consultancy she founded in 2015. Through The Red Plate, she works with senior leaders across the public, private, and third sectors, focusing on social change and addressing pressing social issues. Her expertise spans three decades of leading change initiatives, including major technology upgrades, new product launches, and organizational mergers, with a recognized strategic approach to inclusion and diversity.
