Biography

Susie Fishbein, born Susan Beth Fishbein in 1968 in Oceanside, New York, is an American Orthodox Jewish cookbook author, cooking teacher, and culinary tour leader. She earned an MA in science education and taught fourth-grade science for four years before embarking on her culinary career.

In 2000, Fishbein co-edited 'The Kosher Palette: Easy and elegant modern kosher cooking,' a community cookbook for the Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy.
