Shashi Upadhyay serves as the President of Products, Engineering and AI at Zendesk. In this role, he oversees the development and strategy for the company's product, engineering, and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Prior to his current position, Upadhyay founded and served as CEO of Lattice Engines, a company that was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet in 2019. Following the acquisition, he held the role of Executive Vice President - Products at Dun & Bradstreet.
