Stew Friedman is an organizational psychologist and Professor Emeritus of Management Practice at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he has been a faculty member since 1984. He founded the Wharton Work/Life Integration Project and the Wharton Leadership Program in 1991, and more recently co-founded Wharton's P3: Purpose, Passion, Principles.
Friedman is the founder and CEO of Total Leadership, a management consulting and training company.
