Stephen Turban is the co-founder and Director of Lumiere Education, a role he has held since 2020. His professional journey includes studying Statistics at Harvard College and working as an Analytics Fellow & Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in both Boston and Beijing. He also pursued a PhD in Organizational Behavior at Harvard Business School before withdrawing to dedicate his efforts full-time to Lumiere Education.
