Biography

Stephen P. MacMillan is an American business executive currently serving as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Hologic, Inc., a medical device and diagnostic manufacturing company headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Prior to his role at Hologic, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Stryker Corporation, another medical device manufacturer.

MacMillan began his career with Procter and Gamble in 1985.
