Stephen Squinto, Ph.D., is the Chief Investment Officer of the newly formed J.P. Morgan Life Sciences Private Capital organization. He brings over 30 years of experience in the biotechnology industry.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Squinto was an Executive Partner with OrbiMed Advisors. He co-founded Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Global Operations Officer, and previously as Global Head of Research and Development until 2013.
