Biography

Stephen Scherr is the Co-President of Pretium, where he works in partnership with Jonathan Pruzan to oversee the firm’s strategic and operational initiatives. He is also a member of Pretium's Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

With over 30 years of experience in financial services and consumer-facing businesses, Scherr spent nearly three decades at Goldman Sachs. During his tenure, he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2021 and as Chief Strategy Officer.
