Stephen Moore is an American economist, writer, and conservative television commentator. He is a co-founder of Unleash Prosperity and previously co-founded the Club for Growth in 1999, serving as its president until 2004. Moore has held positions at prominent think tanks, including The Heritage Foundation from 1983 to 1987 and again since 2014, and spent ten years as a fellow at the Cato Institute.

He also served as senior economist of the U.S. Congress Joint Economic Committee.
