Biography

Stephen Joseph Dubner is an American author, journalist, and podcast and radio host, born in 1963. He is best known as the co-author of the bestselling Freakonomics book series and as the host of Freakonomics Radio. He also hosts the talk show Better in Person.

Dubner's journalism has appeared in prominent publications such as The New York Times, The New Yorker, and Time. His first full-length book, "Turbulent Souls: A Catholic Son's Return to His Jewish Family," was published in 1998.
