Stephanie Stuckey is the Chair and CEO of Stuckey's Corporation, the home of the original pecan log roll and maker of pecan snacks and treats. As the granddaughter of the company's founder, she purchased the iconic family-owned business in late 2019 for $500,000. Within six months, she successfully restored the company to profitability, revitalizing its products and expanding its distribution.
