Dr. Stanley Crooke is the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of n-Lorem Foundation, a nonprofit organization he initiated in January 2020. The foundation focuses on providing treatments for patients with nano-rare diseases, defined as conditions affecting 1 to 30 patients worldwide.

Prior to establishing n-Lorem, Dr. Crooke founded Ionis Pharmaceuticals, where he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Lead Scientist.
