Spiros Xanthos is the Founder and CEO of Resolve AI, where he is building technology to put AI on-call for humans.

Prior to Resolve AI, Xanthos founded Log Insight, which was later acquired by VMware. He also founded Omnition, which was acquired by Splunk. His contributions extend to helping start OpenTelemetry, an open-source observability framework.

Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Observability business at Splunk.
