Spencer Overton is the Patricia Roberts Harris Research Professor at GW Law School, where he also serves as the Founder and Faculty Director of the Multiracial Democracy Project. His work focuses on producing and supporting research that addresses challenges to a well-functioning multiracial democracy, including projects related to the regulation of AI and the implications of alternative voting systems.
