Sophie Tennison serves as a Senior Director and Investment Consultant at WTW. In this capacity, she leverages her expertise in investment consulting to advise clients.

Prior to her role at WTW, Tennison gained experience as a Lead Performance Analyst at BNY and also worked at XPS Pensions Group. Her career began with service as an Officer Cadet (UAS) in the Royal Air Force (RAF). She holds a Bachelor of Arts (hons) in History with a year in Industry.
