Biography

Sophia Efstathiou is an interdisciplinary scholar and philosopher who works across philosophy of science, applied ethics, and science and technology studies. Her research focuses on understanding how science can responsibly respond to complex societal challenges, including climate change, health justice, and food system transformation.

Currently, Ms. Efstathiou is a permanent Researcher in the Programme for Applied Ethics at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
