Soon Yu is a Taiwanese-American speaker, best-selling author, and host of the Aconic Podcast. His previous book, *Iconic Advantage: Don't chase the new, innovate the old* (2018), won the Axiom Business Book Award. As host of the Aconic Podcast, he features candid conversations with Asian and AAPI icons about their personal journeys.
