Sitiveni Ligamamada Rabuka is a Fijian politician and former soldier, currently serving as Prime Minister of Fiji since December 2022. He previously held the office from 1992 to 1999. Rabuka is notable for instigating two military coups in 1987, which he stated were to reassert ethnic Fijian supremacy.
Rabuka's military career began with training in New Zealand army schools, graduating in 1973, and further professional development at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
