Simone Constant is a distinguished leader with extensive experience across the public and private sectors in finance, investment, asset management, legal, governance, and risk strategy. She currently serves as a Commissioner at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Prior to her role at ASIC, Constant was the Chief Risk Officer for Institutional Banking and Markets and Treasury at CBA.
