Dr. Simon Donato is a Canadian entrepreneur, geologist, ultra-endurance athlete, television host, and author. He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stoked Oats and is the Founder and Executive Director of Adventure Science. Donato holds a PhD in Geology from McMaster University, completed in 2008, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Paleontology from the University of Western Ontario, where he also earned a bachelor's degree in anthropology.
