Born and raised in the Himalayan region of India, Shobhit Banga embarked on an unconventional path early in life. At 15, he left school to join India's first professional cycling team, becoming the youngest Indian to qualify for the renowned 'Paris-Brest-Paris' event. Despite his burgeoning athletic career, Banga was driven by a belief in the power of the internet and mobile phones to bridge inequality and asymmetry in exposure.
